How to Size a Cupola
Quality Materials and Beautiful Design that Stand the Test of Time
There is an old rule of thumb for choosing the right size cupola.
“For every foot of unbroken building ridgeline, you should have one and a quarter inches of cupola”
“1 foot equals 1.25 inches”
So, measure the length of your building’s ridgeline and convert the footage directly to inches.
Cupolas up to 6′ (72″) are available for larger structures.
